Historia
Gently place your attention on the steady low-pitched thrum of a gong, while chimes and bells add layers of tones to create a deeply relaxing and immersive sound experience. In order to get the most out of your listening experience, pioneering sound therapist Sara Auster recommends you dim the lights and lie down or sit in a comfortable position with an eye mask and a blanket, silence any alerts or notifications, and use earphones. These things allow you to completely unplug and connect with the present moment to intentionally prepare for sleep.

Great for meditating or relaxing
Revisado: 07-14-20
Awesome background noise for meditating. It’s not narrated but nowhere does it advertise that lol, it’s meant to help you wind down and relax. Really soothing, the sound helps you center yourself quickly and detach.

Historia
Once every year, Scoutmaster Tim Riggs leads a troop of boys into the Canadian wilderness for a weekend camping trip - a tradition as comforting and reliable as a good ghost story around a roaring bonfre. The boys are a tight-knit crew. There’s Kent, one of the most popular kids in school; Ephraim and Max, also well-liked and easygoing; then there’s Newt the nerd and Shelley the odd duck. For the most part, they all get along and are happy to be there - which makes Scoutmaster Tim’s job a little easier.

Fun short read, but not great
Revisado: 01-18-20
The Troop is a fun, thrilling ride for anyone who just wants an entertaining read. I wouldnt call this a “good” book, with its predictable plot and stereotypical characters, but I still enjoyed listening to it. Not too scary or shocking but still enough to make you uncomfortable. The pacing was good and the scares come fairly early, I recommend this to anyone who wants a quick thrill for sure.
