I listened to this on a whim, when the title popped up on my homepage. I'm currently trying to improve my mental health and my relationships with those I love, so it seemed like a natural thing to listen to. I was astonished at how much I got out of it, and am very much looking forward to finding Mel robbins's book. Chrissy Teigen does a great job of both being real by showing and sharing her emotyion, and keeping things on track with well thought out questions.

Lives up to the buzz

I was so consumed n by this story that I found it hard to stop listening, even for things like sleep! If you read this and don't love it, we simply can't be friends. Ray Porter is exceptional and breathes life into every character. Highly recommended, it's worth the credit spend.
