This Book is more of book 5.5 than book 6.

Loved every second of this! Gobbled it up faster than a mini cupcake.
That being said, I wish it was a bit more focused...? I am a sucker for multiple POVs, but this was a bit much. It felt like... like so many major events happened back to back and punctuated by very little day to day slice of life that kel kade usually writes. While I know the story line is leaning towards high stakes and intense situations in increasing frequency, this book felt more like a live action trailer for a movie. (Bits and pieces of high action scenes and small scenes in between for dramatic effect.)
Not exactly sure what I'm trying to say but, while it was lacking SOMETHING, I loved it immensely!!

One of the best endings to a series if there ever was one. I'm nearly beyond words on how complete and wholesome the end is. All questions answered, no major plot holes.
I would recommend this book/series to anyone who likes Epic Adventures and Romance, stories that will make you cry as much as laugh, books that keep your on your toes with suspense, and above all; Any who loves to get lost in a fantasy that envelopes your person and transports your mind to places full of wonder beyond one's wildest dreams.

very confusing with all the African words, and with little to no explanation for what brought them to their new home or why dragons have a presence at all; I find this story lacking in plot, characters and overall story. on the other hand, the narration was the best part.
