That means a $200,000 home would require a down payment of $50,000 to $60,000. Of course, a lot people who would like to invest right now do not have that kind of cash available.

Really appreciate all the information in this book. Real estate investing has been daunting but this book has so many great ideas to help the “average joe” get into real estate.
