Some of the stories are shocking but Dr. Lembke’s analysis and solutions resonates. If you want to learn about addiction, this a very credible resource that makes sense. I was impressed.

Convinced me to change my ways and it wasn't hard to do. I've lost 10 lbs so far which I'm happy with. And I really liked that Dr. Fung used human studies to prove his points. Finally, something that passes the critical thinking test. I also like that intermittent fasting saves you money!

If you could sum up The Power of Story in three words, what would they be?

Jim Loehr is a very credible performance guru who's helped many top athletes & executives reach their potential. He lays out why personal purpose and being honest with yourself about where the disconnects are can provide the motivation to attain superior performance. As he said in a promotional video for the book,

What did you like best about this story?

The insights relative to motivation.

Which scene was your favorite?

The metaphor of what it would take for you to walk a plank between between 2 buildings where the probability of survival is 80%. (If you can answer that then you'll understand what motivates you.)

If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Get your story straight.
