The obvious is not always obvious
Revisado: 09-25-24
It seemed that every individual bullet-point was an obvious observation on improving one’s life but putting them all in one place, back to back definitely has more of a lasting impact.

I didn’t realize this existed
Revisado: 09-20-24
If you know nothing about PQ as I did when starting this book, I think you’ll be immediately drawn in and notice changes in yourself even after just a few chapters. Very informative and educational. This will be a jumping off point to doing further studies on PQ brain.

Great facts and info
Revisado: 06-13-24
Definitely a 5 star book of interesting facts and information. My only complaint is the cheesy, never funny ‘jokes’ at the end of the segments. There was simply no need.

Jam Packed

Non-stop information and facts. I felt a little overwhelmed listening while at work but that’s a choice I made. Listening while relaxing or not on the clock would be beneficial.
