Historia
Deeply traumatized at a young age when he narrowly escaped the clutches of a pedophile clown, Axel's fear of rapists, stalkers, and and all those who feed on other's terror turned into a need for murder after his encounter with something he calls a Rider: an urging spirit that drives him to hunt down, kill, and dismember all those it deems worthy targets of its games. However, when a series of bizarre murders of ex-convicts hits his killing grounds, Axel begins to suspect that maybe he's not the only one hosting a bloodthirsty spirit that needs feeding.

Beware the Rider.
Revisado: 06-15-18
Feeding the Urge has been a favorite of mine since its original publishing in 2012. What makes this story truly magical is the mythology of “The Rider.” In the hands of a novice, this would be an easy tale to make sloppy. In the hands of a word surgeon like Kosh, it’s pure entertainment. The premise is simple enough to make other writers (myself included) wonder why they hadn’t thought of it. The execution of the idea could never have been told as well by others as it is by Kosh (again, myself included). To hear it come alive in audio book format is truly a treat.

When the family stops for a tour into the Longhorn Caverns, they have no idea something is about to happen to change their lives. Waiting for them are a young couple on the run. Wonderfully Twisted.
Revisado: 11-17-13
One of Mosiman's best tales brought to life through the pipes of Ben Maclaine. A seriously gut wrenching tale narrated by the perfect voice. Listened to it twice so far, and it still creeps me out.

What a Ride!
Revisado: 10-06-12
I have read this book perhaps more times than the author herself. Every reader has favorite books and this one of mine. In fact, I've read it so many times that I truly didn't expect anything new in the audio edition, but I wanted to give it a listen anyway. I am happy to report that I was wrong. The story, when brought to life through the pipes of Marshall J. Bean, brings an entirely new dimension to the tale. Mosiman's prose is tighter than piano wire around a victim's neck and Bean's gritty delivery brings a pulp like feel to the project that grabs you from within.
If you are a fan of Mosiman's work, by all means pick this one up. If you've never experienced the world through this Master Teller of Tales, this is a great place to start. You will be back for more.
For me, at least, it will be listened to again and again.
