Much better than the other version of this book

Before listening to this one I've listened to The Iceman Speaks: Wim Hof on His Method and His Mission.
I don't recommend the other one, even though it's Wim Hof narrating there, just because it's a mess and repeats too much.

This version, however, is really good. The content is well structured and edited and the narrator did a good job as well.
As for the practice, I've been doing the breathing techniques and cold showers for a year now and it had a great impact on my life, especially mentally, but also physically. I used to be afraid of the cold all the time, wearing extra clothes and taking extra hot showers. Now, as I write this review in mid December, I'm barefoot and not wearing a shirt, which was not even an option in my life before that.

I found that the breathing pumps energy into my body and the showers boost it up even more, plus triggering the release of some hormones that make me feel really good afterwards.
So, I highly recommend listening to this book.

I love Wim, but this one is way too repetitive

How many times can you say the same thing in one book? Apparently for Wim... 100 times, easy!

Though i did listen till the end, and I love his passion and down to earth approach, but really, after 2-3 hours it's just chewing the same message over and over again.

I do follow the practice of breathing and cold showers for a year now and i highly recommend it.

EDIT:
There's another release with the same materials called The Wim Hof Method: Activate Your Full Human Potential.
It's trimmed down and edited, and even though it's not Wim Hof narrating, the narrator did a good job and I loved that version.

Very practical and useful

Tony did a great job with this book, making it accessible to almost anyone.
The concepts are invaluable, I've learned a lot.
Yes, it's super long, but it doesn't wear you off.
To make the most out of the book, be sure to set some time for practice with the workbook, otherwise you've just heard some nice ideas that you'd probably not implement.

One of the best books i've listened to.
Trever is just an amazing storyteller, and oh boy, his story is insightful and amuzing.
I enjoyed every part of the book, and Trevers' voice and performance were just one of the best.

No doubt, Esther has done a great job researching the state of affairs and building an invaluable package, including numerous examples, perspectives and insights.

I will note that the book feels too long, though overall very useful.

Absolutely Excellent!

I'm straight, and I've learned a lot about the LGBT communities,
which helped me dissolve some false paradigms in my head.
Also Dan is a really good writer and narrater.
This audiobook is mostly funny and just makes you want to keep listening.
I should note the second half is mostly about American issues and policies,
but hey, it says "American" in the title, was still interesting.

Highly recommend this one!

Good tips

Overall good tips.
Much of it is a rehash of Gary's other books.
At the beginning the painting of bringing a baby was all too pink.
The fact is for many people the 1st year of the 1st baby is devestating.

Indeed one of the best books on self mastery and success.
I've read dozens of books on success and this one is the most packed-full with useful, practical information.
There's so much in this book, I'd have to revisit it several times in the future.

No doubt Elon is one of the most hard working person there is, and that's true to this day as well.
How one man can make such a big difference in this world.
