Well done!

I really liked this book! It's not that similar stories haven't been written, but that the story's personal link to the author made it that much real and intensely emotional.

Forgettable storyline
Revisado: 04-15-24
Dear John,
If THIS is the story you thought worth bringing Mitch and Abby for I'm sorry to say you were wrong. Nothing about this story is as relatable, suspenseful or was smart as The Firm. Even as the story came to it's conclusion I was imagining more intriguing endings.
I'm sorry to say while you were away concocting this forgettable tale I've given my heart to another author.
Signed,
Disappointed

Haller + Bosch = perfection
Revisado: 02-09-24
Everything you love about both character's stories is in this one! Harry's doggedness in pursuing justice no matter the side, Mickey's heart for the underdog and take-no-prisoners pursuit of the truth. It's all here. Connelly at his best.

Historia
LAPD Homicide Lieutenant Milo Sturgis is a master detective. He has a near-perfect solve rate, and he’s written his own rule book. Some of those successes - the toughest ones - have involved his best friend, the brilliant Psychologist Alex Delaware. But Milo doesn’t call Alex in unless cases are "different". This murder warrants an immediate call. Milo’s independence has been compromised as never before, as the department pressures him to cater to the demands of a mogul: a hard-to-fathom, megarich young woman who is obsessed with reopening the coldest of cases.

Perfection!
Revisado: 03-22-23
This might be one of Kellerman's best. The twisty plot kept me guessing and the characters were well drawn and interesting. The old, cold case brought new challenges to both Detective Milo Sturgis and Doctor Alex Delaware but they were up to the task, the results going beyond their original remit. It's easy to see why Lt Sturgis has the highest solve rate in the LAPD!

Reacher is back and better than ever!
With three storylines, the story kept me guessing almost to the end. I really enjoyed Jed’s part of the story and how his intersected Reacher’s. Great addition to the Reacher universe!

I couldn't take it any more! 😖😱
Revisado: 06-22-18
The narrator's cadence and accent is just too irritating, I couldn't even finish the book. Because of that I also didn't rate the story highly. To me the narration is a part of the whole, especially on this platform. My advice is that you take a listen to the sample before you buy and decide for yourself.

Vespers Rising
Revisado: 04-07-11
The book is very disappointing, the authors spend to many chapters on Gideon, then Madeline, and lastly Grace Cahill. In the end there is a few short chapters involving Amy and Dan by they are very cut off. I was very excited for this book especially since it came out on my birthday but in the end it was very disappointing. I hope any future books will be better.

Shallow characterization, uninteresting plot
Revisado: 01-07-11
The premise for this book is a familiar one, but even so I could not always predict what was going to happen in the story. Still, I had a hard time caring what happened to the central characters, they were just not very interesting. The plot was shallow and predictable, and I found myself longing for the story to just be finished. In the end it was not worth my time or my credit.
