Interesting story
Revisado: 09-01-24
I enjoyed the story and the author does a good job of narrating. However, there's alot of extraneous details that are completely unnecessary to the storyline and simply take up time. There's one scene where the main character calls in for a breakfast after a night of drinking before going back to sleep that is completely unnecessary - the the dialogue with the hotel staff itself is just a waste of the listeners time. The description of the Glock and how to load it, how reliable it is and the YouTube videos was entirely too long and completely unnecessary. A few loose ends that could have been weaved better into the storyline and fleshed out to matter, but overall the story is worth a listen.

Choppy Editing Job
Revisado: 09-22-19
The plot to the story was a good one, however the editing job of the narrator was awful. I was listening to the book on a 10 hour car ride and had to turn it off halfway through because they edited out too many pronouns at the beginning of the sentences. Not just pronouns, but the beginnings of the sentences were botched instead of Henry it would sound like nry, instead of Sarah it would sound like ara. It became so distracting that it overwhelmed the story itself. I did eventually finish listening to it but just because the plot made me want to find out who did it and I simply didn't have the time to read the book.
Honestly if I had to do it over again I would have just read the book and skipped the audible.

Sucks you in!
Revisado: 08-11-19
Listened only because it was free and we were on a 10 hour road-trip, but we were quickly sucked in. Well written and the narrator's voice is easy to listen to. We ended up listening to other audio-books by the same author and narrator. Definitely worth your time!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I first listened. The narrator has a very smooth voice and I enjoyed listening to him. The topic of the read was unexpected as I picked the audio-book based solely on the title while I was bored. It's worth a listen to .
