Could have really used this book back in my own child-rearing days. It is fantastically put together, easy to follow and thorough. This information could have really come in handy back then but will be useful when helping raise grandchildren. There are numerous bonuses I didn't expect, like the video exercises. I'll be recommending this to my friends and family.

This book was so good, I sprang into action immediately after listening to it. Packed full of advice and step-by-step instructions, you really can't mess this up after hearing it all. I'll go back and listen to it again to make sure I got it all but am immediately working on gathering information and figuring out what I want to do with assets and how best to bless my children with a meaningful inheritance without the ridiculous complications of probate and sibling contention. Thank you, a thousand times, for this book. It is going to bring me a lot of peace of mind when I'm through following the steps and making the decisions.

This book is like having a career mentor

Everyone needs this information when starting out in adult life. It is a shame that it is not required reading in schools as all students can benefit from this type of advice. Having this book is like having a career mentor who can help you see your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and traps to avoid. It provides easy to follow guidance through the phases of preparation needed to identify a great career path and prepare properly for it. The world would be a better place if more people would read this.

There's a lot that can go wrong in the world

The author covers a wide variety of potential catastrophes that can go wrong for us at any given time and takes us step by step through how to prepare for them. Whether it is national emergencies affecting the power grid, or localized disasters of the natural kind, preparedness is a mindset and a choice. By being prepared we overcome obstacles and give ourselves choices in moving forward. The clear, and easy to follow suggestions for bad situations are covered thoroughly and in a way that is interesting and engaging to listen to. Highly recommend.

I'm becoming a regular reader of Brian now. This is the 2nd book in his real estate investing series that I've listened to and the book produced on real estate in Texas did not disappoint. In it, the author gets into the full process from finding and selecting properties that are affordable and profitable, through the purchase and setup phases and includes many tips how to maximize profits and deal with government regulations. It is an A to Z, step by step guide for those ready to dive in. To be successful, we all need a good road map, a guide and the necessary tools. This book is all three.

This book is well written and easy to read and follow. The author does a good job of guiding those new to the world of crypto investing to an understanding that allows them to navigate the complex field with a proper foundation of knowledge and preparation. It breaks down complex concepts and makes them easy to digest and follow. It gets into the underlying technology and leads through the best ways for new investors to begin to invest. It is highly informative and comprehensive. An excellent guide for us all entering a new world of tech......

I learned a lot from this well written and easy to follow book. I hadn’t always given enough attention to what they present and just assumed nothing bad would happen to me. After listening to this book, I am much more aware of dangers of not being protected and have a new insight into the mind of the criminal. With the protective steps offered I can arm myself against a very complex and sophisticated danger. Thank you for this book.

Not just for beginners....

I've had some experience with day trading and even made some money. That doesn't mean I know everything and listening to this book helped me realize that there is a great deal to the world of day trading that I did not know and helped me see how much of an amateur I really was. Although written with sufficient detail and clarity for the beginner to get started, there is a lot there for all levels of experience. Just jump in where you are and ride it to the end.

That all being said, it also gave me the know how that I need to help my aging parents. Great job.

This should be required reading in school

Seriously. This is vital information for teens and would help prevent the financial struggles that so many of us experienced in our younger lives and still deal with. The book is very extensive and comprehensive and covers topics like earnings, savings, investing, taxes, credit scores, etc., etc. I knew very little of any of this as a teen and should have known all of it. I would have done a much better job. Don't let your teen miss out on this. It could have a big impact on their later life.

Interest rekindled...

For years I would can grape juice which we made with our steamer and the many grapes grown in our back yard. We would enjoy delicious grape juice as a family all year long and it tasted way better than store-bought stuff. I was the only thing that I knew how to can. Not any more. With this comprehensive and easy to follow guide for beginners, I'm confident in picking up where I left off all of those years ago. The book not only tells how to do it, but why to do it. For me, it is because food I can myself tastes so much better than store bought food and is healthier too (less additives). I plan to get started soon....
