Great read for those on the path to self discovery

This is a wonderful book for anyone who is looking to find their true authentic self. Listening to Kat narrate her own work, one can feel how this book has been written from her heart and how genuine she is. Being on my own spiritual path and quest for total authenticity, this book deeply resonates with my soul. Thank you, Kat!
