Really good to hear Adam’s point of view on what it takes to be a good manager, and the cultural impact that one can make to teams and families. It goes to show that there is a way to create great teams consistently, especially if the leader or manager of the team or organization is in it for the right reason. An excellent read that you can get through in a weekend.

Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before purchasing. Definitely not worth the time or money.

What I really enjoyed about the message in the book was Arnold’s focus towards the visualization of a goal. Lots of good lessons in the book overall, and that’s one that really stuck out for me!
