If you need to build a distributed team or you work in a distributed team and want to know more about:
Different possible options to build the team, how to share the North Star and empower the team, how different teams create synergy to build great products, how to use measurements, metrics and observability to boost your team and how to create an environment where your team can grow and deliver the best possible results then you can start by reading this book. I would say it outlines all the aspects and then you can go deeper using another specialized books for each specific topic.
Maybe I am biased because I had the pleasure to work with the author but don’t take my word and give it a try.
