Most networking books are like marketing courses that teach you clever sales pitches and closing techniques, assuming your 'product' (you) is already perfect. Foundational Networking takes a brilliantly different approach – it shows you how to improve your core 'product' first.

Frank Agin understands that all the networking techniques in the world won't help if you haven't developed yourself into someone worth networking with. Instead of teaching you how to work a room or perfect your elevator pitch, this book focuses on building genuine value and authenticity that makes people naturally want to connect with you.

Just as the best marketing can't save a subpar product, the smoothest networking skills won't create lasting relationships if you haven't developed your fundamental qualities. This book helps you become the kind of person others actively seek out – reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.

I've read many networking books, but this is the first one that addresses the root of successful networking rather than just the surface techniques. If you want to build a network that actually produces results, start with this book. It will transform how you think about professional relationships.

For those who know their lives have the possibility of being “more”, this book is for you. I hope we all feel that way, whether we’re brand new to this journey of growth or we’ve been on this road for years. Markus does an amazing job of not only giving us a path to achieve that next level, that “more” we’re looking for, but making us believe it’s possible. Grab this audiobook, take it in, then put its lessons into action. Your life will be better for it.

I loved this book and the insights around approaching business in a more expansive way than I’d ever thought about before.

During my listening to this book, I had the realization that I’ve been operating in survival mode for much of my life.

And this book gave me some key steps to shift out of that mode and take a longer term approach and design a real vision for my business and life.

Alright, my fellow dudes! Don't let the pink scare you away. :)

Lisa is a powerhouse storyteller and such a great example of open and honest vulnerability in relating her story here.

Yes, there is a bit of focus on women, but Lisa's lessons on how to push through your doubts and fears are applicable to us all.

Grab it and devour it!

An absolutely hilarious and at times heartbreaking book told in a way no one else possibly could. Incredible stories from Sonnenfeld’s life and career that give you a peek behind the curtain of the film industry that you rarely get. Grab this audiobook and devour it.

Loved this history of songs and of course loved hearing it from Chuck. Just couldn’t believe no Public Enemy - a song from them and the story behind it like the others.

I knew this would at least be good based on interviews with the author and his other books. But wow! Total shift in my thinking and approach to life after listening to this.

What did you love best about Don't Sniff the Glue?

Don't Sniff the Glue goes well beyond a call for education reform or even insights into teaching. This book is for parents, teachers, mentors - anyone who has the opportunity to have a positive impact on our children.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Don't Sniff the Glue?

So many moments. Dawn uses her perspective from the front lines of teaching to not blast the system, but to shine a spotlight on how important teaching is to our kids and why people in the system need to be shaken into reality (and into this century) to make sure we're empowering our teachers to do all they can possibly do.
