Fun, witty, energetic

Great performance by Nicole Poole. She attributed to the sarcastic wit and snarky vibes that depicts the protagonist.
K.F. Breene, thanks for a fun and entertaining story. I would definitely recommend this series.

I'm not a fan of this series
Revisado: 10-01-16
I thoroughly enjoy Jeanine Frost's books but this series just doesn't do it for me. It's lacking in depth and emotion that her other series and characters have. I won't be continuing with this series. I only gave it a 3 because I like her as an author. If I wasn't hooked on her other series and this was the first one I read I probably would have rated it as a 2.

A bit lengthy but good
Revisado: 10-01-16
I enjoyed The Lake House and flipping from the past to the present, it's a good twist. The plot is good and I recommend the book. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I don't think it needs to be as long as it is.

Over the top odd

I was hooked on Blake Crouch novels after his Wayward Pines trilogy (that I would highly recommend) but this novel was just too weird and depressing. Not my favorite.

Extremely strange
Revisado: 12-20-15
I read the reviews so knew this book would be odd but that's an understatement. Way beyond the realm of reality, dark, and twisted. It will leave an impression but not really a good one. I personally wouldn't recommend it. I enjoy odd tales but this ones goes a bit too far.

Some twists that I didn't expect! Worth the read.
Revisado: 04-20-14
This book has a couple of twists that I didn't see coming which is always a pleasant surprise since I feel I usually figure out the twists and plots in many books way before they're revealed. I thought it would be a typical time travel novel but it surprised me with the relationship between Kierra and Jonathon and without giving away spoilers, where it goes from there. I enjoyed the narration by Benjamin Armstrong and I would recommend this book for a credit or purchase. I plan to buy the sequel when it's released to find out just exactly what happens next.

Excellent writing and narration
Revisado: 03-18-14
Nora Roberts is an excellent writer. Her story flows smoothly and her characters have so much depth. Declan's sense of humor adds to the story and eases the tension with Angelina. James Daniels is a great narrator and his Cajun accents were the best. He really nailed Declan's character. I felt as if I could carry on my own conversation with him - that's how real James made him. Sandra Burr is also very good. Her voice is a pleasure to listen to. I really enjoyed everything about this book; the story itself, the flawless writing and the narration. I would highly recommend this book.
