Full disclosure: I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. The Fire Within the Storm continues the YA/Christian fiction series The Chronicles of Nadine. It is an alternate medieval history series with dragons and a soft magic system. Book two carries on where book one left off, following Nadine on her journey to become a dragon whisperer. If you liked book one, you will probably enjoy book two. I found the story engaging, and would consider reading the next book to see what happens. The prose was a little bit clunky, especially in the audio, but I still enjoyed it. It definitely pushes the Christian worldview (which is not unexpected it is Christian fiction), it can however do so in a way that seems a little bit more preachy than I would prefer. Narration was fair, but did not lift itself over and above, I was never confused about who was speaking and was able to listen at my normal pace.

The Last of the Silverwings is a good start to a YA/Christian Fiction Series. It seems to be a medieval history series set in an alternate earth with most things the same, except there are dragons and some soft magic.

Efferus was a great addition to the Fringe World series and it makes me excited to read the third volume. If you enjoyed the first book, then there should be no reason not to read this one.

Naramore is a great narrator and Hardman knows how to tell a good story.

Extraction is an excellent little novella set in the Kid Sensation universe, featuring the main hero of the series. I enjoyed this book and the narrator did an excellent job adding to the experience.

It gives us a nice short story to tide us over between books 2 and 3, features some of our favorite characters - Jim, Electra, and Smokie. It is a good read, even if you read it after having read book 3.

Naramore is a great narrator and Hardman knows how to tell a great kids story.

An enjoyable prequel novella to the Ceo San universe. Gives us a little bit of insight into the world, and into the life of Rose.

I enjoyed the book and the narration, a little short to spend a credit on though.

Revelation is the fourth book in the Kid Sensation series. If you have read and enjoyed the first three, then you should enjoy this tale as well. I really appreciate Hardman’s wit and the voice he gives to Jim. This series is a great middle-grade sci-fi series, that the whole family could enjoy. If you like superheroes then try out this series. Hardman knows how to tell a great tale and Naramore is an excellent narrator!

I enjoyed this short little sci-fi novel. It’s interesting and engaging, and looks like it will be a nice start to a series. Great if you don’t want to commit to a long read. I suspect the next books in the series will be longer. It seems like this book will be similar to Rachel Ford’s other series the Tribari Freedom Chronicles, if you enjoyed that series you will likely enjoy this series.

Narration was sufficient, not amazing, not terrible.

Sun Blessed is an interesting fantasy trilogy with a robust magic system. It leans towards hard magic, but not quite so far as Sanderson. It is also a coming of age of a young woman breaking the typical coming of age trope of a young man. It was a rather good series, although it took me a couple of hours before I was able to get into the groove of it. I appreciated the characters and the character development although some of the characters were a little too one-sided.

If you like fantasy novels and coming-of-age you will likely enjoy this. If you want to see this from a female perspective that is not thrusting feminism down your throat, you will probably like this even more. I will put this book on the possible re-read list.

I enjoyed the book series and the narration was okay, but I think it would have benefited from a different narrator. I found the author over enunciated some words and it was a little bit distracting from the text.

Infinity is a pretty good sci-fi novel. It definitely adds to the Chronos Ring series, and makes Ian Lotus into a little bit less of a Mary Sue than he was in the first book although it seems to replace that aspect with Deus Ex Machina, so just be aware. A nice short read with space ships, inter-dimensional travel, and a fun AI.

Naramore does a good job narrating, voices are consistent and he does not have any voices that I find annoying.

I would recommend this book, it was a nice, fun, short read.

Eon is a passable space opera. I enjoyed the read, but was distracted enough to read another book in the middle of it -- a really good book would not have let me be pulled away. I found the main character to be a bit of a Mary Sue which was a little bit disappointing. That said, I still enjoyed it and would not be opposed to continuing the series to see if it gets better.

I really like the narrator, he does a great job. I’ve read books narrated by him before and have always found Naramore to do a good job.
