I adore the fact that this book has so many easy recipes for people who are just beginning the keto diet. All of the Keto Diet recipes, tips and guides that I need to know about how to prepare healthy food for my family and stay healthy are already included.It is extremely valuable to have it in the beginning to avoid mistakes that would send a person back to a carboholic lifestyle.
