A very comprehensive look at Einstein's life, his impact on science, history, and culture. The professor was passionate and articulate. Einstein's theories were explained so the common man could understand them. I hated to come to the end of this lecture series. Well done!

Poor whites were central to the rise of the Republican Party in the early 19th century, and the Civil War itself was fought over class issues nearly as much as it was fought over slavery. Reconstruction pitted poor white trash against newly freed slaves, which factored in the rise of eugenics. These poor were at the heart of New Deal reforms and LBJ's Great Society; they haunt us in reality TV shows like Here Comes Honey Boo Boo and Duck Dynasty.

Data and story without purpose.

Data and story all for the purpose of saying, "we have poor people," which is of limited value much like saying, "we have weather." Many opinions expressed, but no conclusion. Valuable for a survey of the topic, but nothing actionable. The narration uses exaggerated enunciation, which made me feel I was being reprimanded.

very good with two oddities

this was recorded on video apparently because there are references to watching her, so you don't get full content from the audio version. But you do get 95% of it. presenter puffs her breath periodically which is a little anoying to listen to after a while. learn some great tips and I've already put this into practice and I'm telling better stories. overall I would certainly recommend this lecture.
