I got this book because I struggle with selling my ideas and work in a corporation. By the time I finished it and had implemented only a handful of the ideas, I was pitching my ideas 3 levels of management higher than before! I bought the hardcover and am going to read it and listen to it again and again. And Grant's energy: awesome! (love the igpay atinlay)
