Choppy. Incoherent.
Revisado: 06-11-23
Unpleasantly disjointed narrative - made it hard to follow. Weak characterization. In the end, I disliked all of the characters. The narration was mediocre overall.

This book is just Silly
Revisado: 06-18-22
Perhaps I’m just not the right audience for this book. I got sucked in by the title. I was hoping for something clever with an emphasis on quantum theory or metaphysics. The story turned out to be just silly. I could have pushed on if I could, at least, develop some interest in the characters, but there is no credible character development. The narrator did a great job. It’s unfortunate that he had nothing of substance to work with.

Historia
Deep in the primeval rainforest of Washington state's Olympic Peninsula, the skeletal remains of a murdered man are discovered. And a strange, unsettling tale begins to unfold, for forensic anthropologist Gideon Oliver determines that the murder weapon was a primitive bone spear of a type not seen for the last 10,000 years. And whoever - or whatever - hurled it did so with seemingly superhuman force. Bigfoot "sightings" immediately crop up, but Gideon is not buying them.

Pretty Goofy
Revisado: 10-02-21
I was disappointed. The premise was weak. The writing was unimaginative. The writing around the protagonist felt like wish fulfillment on the part of the author.

I really wanted to like this series, but “Babe”, it reads like it was written by a 16 year old girl.
...and the tunes - just no.
