Great series!

I started this series with the sister series The End of Everything box set and bounced back and forth between the two series. When I first started listening to The End of Everything I was a little worried that it would be too young for me. It began with two teen sisters, Wren and Robin and they were young naive girls at the start. As I continued to listen and then moved in to Safe Haven I realized it actually had something for everyone! If you like this genre listen to all of it! I love the way Kim Bretton narrates as well. She does an amazing job with the characters!

I highly recommend this entire series, it's sister series Safe Haven, and anything this author writes! Kim Bretton does a great job with the narration as always! Each book gets better and better as the story and characters grow and develop!

Just keeps getting better and better!

Just when I think I can't love Christopher Artinian's books more...another one comes out! I love following all of the characters in this series and the sister series, The End of Everything. I like how they go back and forth. You can read one series at a time or both together, which is how I wound up doing it and how I recommend it if you like to know all the details as they unfold! It was more of a timing thing for me listening this way, because of when I first found the books and the order in which they were released on audible. Kim Bretton does a fantastic job with narration as always!

AMAZING start to this trilogy!!!!

I was already a huge SLF fan after reading her two other trilogies, Until the End of the World and The City Series! I never thought it was possible for me to fall even harder, but this book made that happen for me. First, without giving spoilers, the character Rose could actually be me! I love that she paints these character in all of her books as real people with real problems and makes you fall hopelessly in love with all of them. I will say reader beware: becasue just as Game of Thrones had no problem killing off your favorites, Sarah also has no problem breaking your heart into a million little pieces and killing peopke that you grow to love and can't imagine living without! The narration is amazing! I especially love hearing the voices of the different characters and as an avid audible listener, I can attest, the narrator can make or break a book! I will be biting the skin off my nails (yup like Rose and Holly) waiting for book two! If you have not checked out the other series yet, you should...Sarah is an AWESOME story teller, but she may have a reputation for writing painfully slowly LOL! On the other hand she does make her books pretty long so there is that little gift!
