How you find the joy of the season within yourself
- De kpersi en 12-30-23
A hopeful and heartwarming message
Revisado: 12-25-23
This was a kind and gentle reminder that no matter how many people you've lost or even though Christmas celebrations may no longer be the way they were because of it, you can still find peace, love, and laughter in this festive season.
It is up to us to look within and realize how much we have to be grateful for, find ways to connect with others (in person or online), and try to spread a little light. More often than not, our own light will find others', and together we'll shine even brighter. Merry Christmas.

It does look too simple, but it does work
Revisado: 10-15-23
When I first heard Stuart mention the 5-second rule, probably over a year and a half ago, my first instinct was to disregard it immediately for its simplicity. But as someone who struggles with anxiety paralysis, I decided to give it a go and it is in fact, a game changer. I've used it countless times since then in either, personal, professional, or social settings. If you haven't heard about it, this review will be a great introduction to it, delivered with indeed a high dose of "Irish charm and charisma". 54321 hit play, change your life.

When your Lonely vs When you are Alone

Historia
What can we say.....‘Being alone’ is a choice to be in physical solitude whereas ‘being lonely’ is a consequence of psychological and emotional solitude. After a fight or heated argument, people can be heard saying, “please leave me alone” but not “leave me lonely”. By leave me alone they mean to stay undisturbed for some time. In the worst scenario, ‘being alone’ can go wrong to become ‘being lonely’ due to unchosen circumstances. This was a hard episode to make. TAKE 11- 15 !!! This is where we are and who we are. Take what nuggets help and know "You have a voice and ...
