The guests who share their stories hope to spread awareness of toxic behavior in relationships. interesting with a couple of flaws

This is an interesting story about a woman's (Kayla - the best friend of the podcast creator) relationship with a horrible narcissist. He pulls out all the classic narcissist tricks (love bombing, gaslighting, etc) on her and there are segments explaining these. The format is a loose, conversational style. It's not heavily produced but seems to be well-edited. The one big problem I have is with Kayla's sister who takes every opportunity to put down Californians and seems to think she is morally superior because she's from Oklahoma. Every segment with her includes some dig about that. Sorry sis - not every Californian is a bubble-headed narcissist any more than every Okie is a backwards racist homophobic bully.
