It's been a fabulous tool to help the apprentice learn and understand each platform and how they can fit into a marketing strategy for our clients, as well as giving worksheets and tools to practice as you learn. The author has a friendly, reachable tone, not lofty or arrogant as is sometimes the case in these types of tools. Very down to earth and easy to understand even for someone new to social media marketing like my apprentice.
