One of my top picks for improving your relationship. I've read probably around 20 books on the subject and this one is still a favorite. My 3rd read through today. It's engaging and really opens your mind to your part in the tugof war you and your partner share.

loved how things were broken down.

Was a great book. You see how her struggles with over powering her and she had no clue as to why. I've struggled with just learning about issues buried in my past that lead to what some may think are crazy behaviors.
It's a long book and almost tragic to listen to at times when it seems as if she's sabotaging her own life but this rings true on a smaller scale with me also.
Sounds like a good psychiatrist is definitely what allowed her to heal her destructive ways and allow her to live more clear minded.
I will definitely read this book again in the near future.

I always fall asleep

For some reason I fall straight to sleep and there's really no music or ocean in the back ground just her voice and yet I fall asleep. I only been using it for about week and haven't noticed any major changes but hopefully soon. Either way the fact that I can sleep comfortably is a great sign.

Was looking for a sells book and got a story book

It was a good story like rich dad poor dad was but I was hungry for sells tactics and I got it but I already learned this before. But good story and flowed nicely
