This book is not for beginners. While the conversations are interpreted and there is an accompanying pdf for extra clarification, the tone, pace and conversations assumes a listener that has some level of familiarity with portuguese. The more important aspect of learning via this book is to develop good accent and learn to speak like a true native of the Portuguese tongue. Afterall, what is the essence of learning a language only to still sound like an outsider. Excellent book.

An interesting approach to history

It's hard not to wonder about most of the questions in this book. I guess this was the mindset of the author while making this book. It answers most of the famous questions about the ideologies, political issues and implications of the war. Learning via trivias is convenient and easy. The information is small, and presented in a fun way to aid assimilation. Overall, this might just be a good way to teach history to millenials.

Crazy people, and crazy deeds.

This book is another reminder of how crazy society is and how careful one has to be. In this book, 12 gruesome murders are described. The details are quite vivid, especially with the narrators style of delivery. A really nice book, but with crazy content.

Great for practicing German

This book is quite useful. While it is not necessarily for begineers, it helps to learn accent and proper way to carry a conversation in German. The stories are also quite interesting, and the narration is well-paced.

Confessions for conviction.

This book contains just the right stuffs. Really meaningful positive affirmations to help the listener get the best out of their day. Mostly, people limit themselves in their mentality. This book is, however, a gateway to clearing such negative mindset. A good routine would be to listen every morning, and prepare the mind for an explosively positive day. Not only the content though, the narration was excellent and just appropriate.

Very Helpful.

I have been trying to learn the German language for the past year, and my resources have mostly been pdf books, and notes. I got a slight understanding, however, I have recorded better improvements with this audio book since I started following the lessons. Listening to these 2000 commonly used words, their meanings, and how to use them (especially with references to English) has been a big part of that success. I love the narration as well.
Very useful for learning German to a significant level.

There are so many interesting things about Ohio, and this book presents a lot of these facts in a fun way. I enjoyed listening to this audio book, and look forward to more of such from the author; perhaps something on Kansas :).
