What did you like best about this story?
This book is about tough love, if you really want to lose weight and improve your health, then follow the book and you will drop a huge amount of weight. I didn't need to lose a big amount of wight but its works well for me also. If you're so big that you can't exercise, then this is the eating program for you.
Which scene was your favorite?
The book is a progression of information you need to understand in order to understand the process and to make the commitment. But towards the end it spells out the various plans need to lose weight.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?
No No ...... I can't eat another thing......
Any additional comments?
If you like salads and steamed vegetables, you can't eat too much. Personally I like the fruit servings (4 per day), the small portions of nuts and the various recipes which reinvent food choices.
