Empowering

This is one of the best self help books I have read. As a therapist looking for client friendly books, I have found this book to be such a useful tool in session as well as outside for clients and myself.

Only 2 chapters
Revisado: 10-13-20
The content was good. I wanted to keep listening. When I use one of my credits I’m expecting a whole book. I noticed many 45 min - 2 hour books by Robin. I feel I would have been much more satisfied if he took what feels really like multiple podcasts rather than a book and made one comprehensive book. Instead I feel like I would have to use about 10 book credits to get a full books worth of information from this author.
I will say the one topic he discussed was helpful but also not new information.
