A Mothers Point of View
Revisado: 01-20-13
What did you love best about The Christmas Wedding?
I loved that the mother was the one getting married and not telling her children who the groom was,she kept the reader guessing as well, funny, thought provoking, and pretty much finding a way to help her children as well as herself.
Who was your favorite character and why?
All of the characters were so involved in the story line couldn't pick just one.
Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favorite?
the characters were all done so well,no one sounded like the others, very distinctive voices for each one,I loved that!
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Absolutely, couldn't wait to get back to it.
Any additional comments?
Just an all around good listening book!

Predictable and a bit boring
Revisado: 12-11-12
Is there anything you would change about this book?
The Angels shouldn't have been as stupid as she made them out to be, a little more creativity was called for.
What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?
The story line was a good one but the Angels interacting with the humans wasn't thought out well, or maybe just not put into the right sequence.
What three words best describe Kimberly Farr’s performance?
just ok performance
Do you think Angels at the Table needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
not unless she makes the angels interact in a better way
Any additional comments?
I thought the reader was trying for a NY accent but came across with a jersey accent instead, which didn't fit in. I didn't care for the Angels appearing to be so dumb in the story line, I think they didn't come across as the writer had intended.
