Redemption, Ruin, and the Shock You Won’t See Coming
Revisado: 12-15-24
Jay Welsby’s Changed is more than a story about infidelity—it’s a raw, real look at addiction and the unraveling of a man who seems to have it all. Jacob Richardson is the guy everyone admires—charming, ambitious, and untouchable—but his double life is a ticking time bomb. There’s a moment when the weight of his choices comes crashing down, and it’s written so honestly that you’re left torn between anger and heartbreak. Welsby forces you to sit in the mess with Jacob, feeling every consequence of his lies.
What sets “Changed” apart is how it keeps you conflicted—and guessing. Just when you think you know where Jacob’s story is heading, Welsby delivers a jaw-dropping ending that makes you rethink everything. This isn’t just a book about trust or redemption—it’s a story that sticks with you, challenging what you believe about change and the price of second chances.

Great listen with smart process to adapt
Revisado: 10-27-20
Awesome book. The author does a great job of not just preaching about his thesis, but provides excellent process steps to adapt. Many of these are in my daily routine now and I’m better having read this book. Mission accomplished.

If you've ever used ZipCar, Amazon Prime, Spotify, NetFlix, Groupon, Weight Watchers, SurveyMonkey, United Mileage Plus, Pinterest, or Twitter, you are part of The Membership Economy, an increasingly popular model that author Robbie Kellman Baxter sees as the inevitable result of technological advancements, social trends, and a generation in transition. The Membership Economy argues that we are now moving away from ownership, but we still want the benefits that come with access.

An incredible roadmap
Revisado: 09-17-20
The advice and insights in this book are a roadmap to understanding, launching and sustaining a program that will have long lasting results. There were several key topics covered here that I found to be thought provoking as well as eye opening. The author is truly an expert.
It’s hard to deny the success of Amazon, Netflix and the many other key innovators in this field and having these companies broken down the way they were to outline their process was very beneficial. You can tell the author is an expert and not just a reporter.
I sent this to several people on my team as I see the “membership economy” as the future as subscription based memberships eventually erode the transactional world. The core ideology behind this is applicable to any industry and leaders and decision makers in any field would benefit from the knowledge. I know I did.
