So so for me,

This story was very hard to get interested in. The beginning was very confusing with who’s story was who’s too much info that could have found a better place in the story, in my insignificant opinion:)
I did not really get into the book until the end when it picked up speed and a little conflict. But… to each their own. Certainly a good plot but I like a bit of a more exciting read.

Very very slow start, and left unsatisfied.

Spoiler alert: It took me till almost chapter 9 to get fully invested in this book. Then the turmoil seemed to go on forever, but was never fully explained. Some of the support characters fell flat. Maybe this is just not my cup of tea. I sure would have loved to explore more of the relationship with Tate at the end before she died, like did she ever share the painting of her and him her mom painted, what was his reaction!! When did her brother marry, did she ever locate other siblings. Any record of what may have happened to her dad. It jumps from they make up then speeds through to her passing in her little boat…. 😫 her childhood was so very detailed it just left me needing more of her happy ending! I ended this book feeling like I didn’t have closure, so many unanswered questions. I feel like I would have been ok having not caved to the hype of this book and never having read it.

Just why!? Narrator is awful, full stop!

Why does the male/wolf lead character sound like a prepubescent little boy!? Ugh, no, the voice absolutely should never have create an image of a scrawny boy reading as the main male character! ✋🏼🚫🛑 - horribly disturbing! Could not listen to this!

Why!? Narrator ruined this book!

Had I not been so invested in the rest of the story I would have stopped this book immediately !!! What the heck!? His female voice is horrendous, what happened to the female from Vol 2, heck even another female altogether, heck I would have been ok with a random female off the street! This guy should NEVER BE ALLOWED TO READ A WOMANS PART….. EVER!!!! This SUX!!!

This is a very intense book with some abuse and dark images. Tough to get through at times. As well as quite degrading and graphic sexual scenes. The hint of hope that this would end well was the only thing that kept me from stoping this book.

So how many times can this idiot say “sweet pussy, pretty pussy”!? I could not finish, is this the only word the author knows for a vagina!? The women can’t cuss but he can say push 19 times in one chapter? RIDICULOUS.

The audio is messed up

Dazed and confused…

So, this book seemed to be incredibly rushed and just skipped over or completely missed a ton of detail. What about her old life, just up and walk out of her apartment with a few bags, where are her parents, family, friends…was even going to just walk away and leave her family jewelry, I call BS... absolutely not a believable story line…. Ok we had sex, oops now we are “mated for life” and she is just hunky dory with it, all sunshine and roses…where is his mom, what about his life, almost no details, very shallow and hollow storyline… so glad I got a refund on this book.

I have a headache from all the storylines

I will start by saying I am absolutely in love with this series! HOWEVER.... the pretzel twists and roller coaster turns in this book has my brain hurting!!! 😣 these bits and pieces should have been added to their own books. It was just TOO MUCH! I’m so confused, I feel like I have missed something and I need to read it again and take notes and make flash cards like I have a collage exam to study for.....: why just why was this book written this way! 😢😖😣
