Everything you thought you knew about marketing is obsolete. We can see the incontrovertible evidence right in front of us. A new generation of multibillion dollar brands - Facebook, Twitter, AirBnb, Evernote, and countless others - have been built without spending a dime on traditional marketing techniques. No press releases, no PR firm, no Madison Avenue, no billboards in Times Square. It wasn’t luck that took them from tiny start-ups to massive success. They have a new strategy.

Great for Beginners
Revisado: 12-04-14
Would you listen to Growth Hacker Marketing again? Why?
Yea, It's short and is a quick review on what Growth Hacking is.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
No moments particularly moved me. It was pretty straight forward.
Any additional comments?
This book is great for people who are new to Growth Hacking. I felt it was a good breakdown, but I'm not sure i learned anything new.
Also, though Ryan Holiday did a good job, you can tell that he's relatively new to the growth hacking world and is piggy-backing off the success of his last book which is related more to his actual experiences.

Revisado: 12-04-14
What did you love best about Things a Little Bird Told Me?
Looking back, I can actually "see" the creation of twitter and the personality and growth of its founders. Biz did an incredible job of writing the story in such a way that you feel like you're there, growing with the team.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I think Biz was my favorite character because he's so logical, easy going, and straight forward. In a sea of extreme personalities, Biz was the most centered.
At the same time, Jack Dorsey was interesting, but not as easy to like.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Watching Jack Dorsey's transformation from Geeky Punk Kid to extremely successful Steve Jobs wannabe was incredibly interesting.
Any additional comments?
Listening to this book is like uploading yourself into the making of Twitter.

Truly written in David Foster's own words
Revisado: 12-04-14
Would you listen to Hitman again? Why?
I felt that i really comprehended and visualized the entire auto-biography. However, It was a really enjoyable listen, and i feel the lessons and experiences will have newfound effects on me as I age and grow over time.
What about David Foster’s performance did you like?
I liked how real David is. He says it like it is. He doesn't try to sugar coat or make things a big deal. He just tells you his story the way he remembers it.
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
When I first started reading the book a couple years ago, I completely stopped after one of the 1st few chapters. The chapter referenced David's ability to have Perfect Pitch. He could hear a note on the piano and know exactly what it was.
After reading that, i vowed to learn perfect pitch and start reading again once i've figured it out.
I haven't mastered perfect pitch yet, but I did come up with a new device that can train perfect pitch, and now i just need to prototype it.
After coming up with the idea for "Pitch Blocks", I listened to the book from start to finish in just a couple sittings. It gave me all the inspiration i needed to finish building my concept and start training myself to have perfect pitch.

The next day, I changed my eating habits big time!
Revisado: 12-04-14
Would you consider the audio edition of Weight Loss, Health, and Healing with Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection to be better than the print version?
You listen with your eyes closed. There is no print version
What other book might you compare Weight Loss, Health, and Healing with Self-Hypnosis, Guided Meditation, and Subliminal Affirmations Collection to and why?
I would compare this to any other night time hypnosis program. However, I love that it's part of my audible collection and counts toward my audible stats.
What about Joel Thielke’s performance did you like?
I have 6 or 7 of Joel's sleep systems and his performance is perfect. For the 1st time ever, i can go to sleep when I choose and now that i'll be sleeping within no time. His voice is just right and the background music kicks in at just the right moments with just the right vibes
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It made me sleep! It helped me to go out and buyer a juicer the next day. It helped me to change my eating habits and interest in my overall health.

What a fantastic read! Better than 4hr work week
Revisado: 12-16-13
What made the experience of listening to The 40 Hour Work YEAR the most enjoyable?
1st off, it was short. I listened at 3 times the speed, went for a drive, and had finished to book by the time i got back home. Every bit of this book was to the point.
What other book might you compare The 40 Hour Work YEAR to and why?
To me, it blew away the 4 hour work week, because it was not about hiring virtual assistants and skipping emails. It was about building a company that is truly better without you. Building systems and inspecting what you expect.
What about Tom Zingarelli’s performance did you like?
I liked it a lot. At 3x speed he sounded very clear.
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
The business is better off without me working in it.
Any additional comments?
I'd love to chat with the author, Scott Fritz

What did you love best about Abundance?
Peter does a tremendous job of introducing futuristic new markets in an incredibly simple to understand way. Using a series of examples, he properly crafts a narrative that helps you understand exactly how the future is getting better.
What was the most compelling aspect of this narrative?
I got to learn about a wide range of technologies and concepts all within one book. Over population, computers, water scarcity and purification, genomics, quality of life, life expectancy etc. etc. etc.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The explanation of SpaceX prize and the contest behind Charles Lindbergh's famous flight
