Historia
Trained as an evangelical Bible scholar, Peter Enns loved the Scriptures and shared his devotion by teaching at Westminster Theological Seminary. But the further he studied the Bible, the more he found himself confronted by questions that could neither be answered within the rigid framework of his religious instruction nor be accepted among the conservative evangelical community.

Insightful
Revisado: 01-21-24
Eye opening and insightful piece of work. My main critique is it was difficult to hear some of the low end inflections of the narrator’s voice with the dynamic range of the audio for the audiobook version of this book I listened to.

Historia
In his bravest and most challenging book yet, Seth Godin shows how we can thrive in an economy that rewards art, not compliance. He explains why true innovators focus on trust, remarkability, leadership, and stories that spread. And he makes a passionate argument for why you should be treating your work as art. Art is not a gene or a specific talent. It's an attitude, available to anyone who has a vision that others don't, and the guts to do something about it.

Insightful and Applicable Book

I found this to be an insightful book that can be applied to art and life to produce positive results.
My main critique I’d like to mention is that the audio was difficult to hear sometimes because the dynamic range of the audiobook. Some words were particularly challenging to hear.

Relatable and Truly Gifted Narrator
Revisado: 03-06-23
This narrator has a gift of articulating her feelings in a way that makes the reader feel connected to her in a sincere way. I could relate to her many ways. She clearly explained how she processed her life, moments of enlightenment, and enriching lessons learned that are both helpful and applicable to most anybody; while simultaneously speaking/catering specifically to a marginalized demographic of people. Great work. What’s next?

Insightful book. However, I am not sure how I felt about not writing comments on social media, as the author suggested. And I was not fond of the assumption that evolution is true.
