Historia
In the heart of German-occupied Paris lies Chemin de vie, an all-girls asylum with a terrible past. It is the playground of Hector Barousse, a World War I-era field medic whose fascination with pain is questionable. His methods of therapy bring the girls to such fear that they see visions of the past, but Camille Sabot isn’t like the rest.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Revisado: 06-20-22
this was a very enjoyable, engaging story about the natural sisterhood of women. I really enjoyed the character development, and the way the back stories of each of the characters was presented. honestly I wish I could give the performance of this book seven Stars! Alicia Rose did an amazing job bringing these characters to life! All together this was a very very enjoyable audiobook, and I hated to come to the end. another strong offering by the author Hubert L. Mullins!

In the Highlands of Scotland lies the Hole, a famed passageway under the town of Bethel where hundreds have vanished. After years of ignored recovery wishes, the Hole’s ownership has passed to Elisabeth Wingate. A former child star and British fashion mogul, Elisabeth wants to redeem her scandalous, reckless life. She agrees to finance an expedition to retrieve the legion of bodies that have accumulated over the years, but there’s only one catch: She wants to venture alongside the caving team. But they’re not alone down there....

His best book yet!
Revisado: 06-13-22
I've been waiting for the release of this book since it was announced. Hubert L. Mullins crafts a very engaging story that plays on many of our fears of both the dark and the creepy crawly things that lurk within. Under Bethel made me hate having to stop this audiobook to go into work! I listened to the entire book in just two sittings. The closer we got to the end of the book (the narrator and I), the more I dreaded knowing that it was ending. However, the end of this book is hands down one of my favorite endings ever! do yourself a favor and listen to this book! Fantastically written and fantastically performed! Bravo Mr Mullins!

Historia
Unraveling the tumultuous, decades-spanning story of the Dolan family’s friends, lovers, and adversaries, Double Feature is about letting go of everything - regret, resentment, ambition, dignity, moving pictures, the dead - and taking it again from the top. Combining propulsive storytelling and mordant wit against the backdrop of indie filmmaking, Double Feature brims with a deep understanding of the trials of ambition and art, of relationships and life, and of our attempts to survive it all.

This was the first book I ever read/listened to of Owen King by himself, and I loved it!
