It let me take a gander at things from a totally different point of view and opened my eyes to new potential outcomes. Other suggestions such as establishing similarity or using guilt sounded more likely to be successful. My time is too valuable to deal with someone who is not reasonable.

This is an outstanding reference but you really need to be familiar with the six sigma tools before you use this audio audiobook this is the audio audiobook to refer to after you have had training in six sigma. This is a great quick reference guide to various tools used in lean six sigma it provides great quick summaries of the different tools and methods.
