It trapped me in its unique story! Best story ever. Flat out
Revisado: 06-02-23
This is my favorite audio book ever I’m 13 years old, and it still is some of the best stuff I’ve ever heard, I read some of the reviews on this and just really thought that the people who wrote “so boring” “this is trash” and the crusher “don’t read” that, is disgusting, really some people read reviews first, and seeing those… might actually stop them from listening so, if your a person who writes reviews related or close to those statements I hope this speaks to you, don’t ruin these classics by undermining the language or the audio. The people who wrote this, they believed in that type of language, imagine right now you were compelled to write a book, and you included LGBTQ. And then decades later people shamed you for it just like LGBTQ is part of our society right now slavery was part of it then. So if your disgusted with the content, read Harry Potter or something just don’t read this book just to give it bad reviews ok?
Review time below
Now, now that that’s outta my system onto the review. Amazing, firstly, it was a school assignment I thought it would be boring, but it without question exceeded my expectations from the moment this classic met my ears it spoke to me in ways any modern thriller would not, if your new to this book, and see this review please, please try it this was arguably the best experience of my life I hope this review, one day sparks interest in a persons Mind and they decide to read, or listen to it, and it changes their world for the better, a quote I just made up randomly “sometimes you have to look to the past to find the best route to the future” that is it, my review of the best, most entertaining book
Performance review below
When an amazing speaker comes together to record the best classical book of all time, you get perfection, or close to it. This author was the closest you can humanly get to a perfect single orator narrative of best book of all time, (I know I know I’m laying it on a bit thick with the “best book of all time” statement laced throughout, at regular intervals my review but, I cannot find another description that fits it better) I will say it again the narrator and the book go hand in hand this was amazing I highly encourage everyone who reads this all the way through to read the book.

Historia
Olivia Dunne, a studious minister's daughter who dreams of being an archaeologist, never thought that the drama of World War II would affect her quiet life in Denver. An exhilarating flirtation reshapes her life, though, and she finds herself banished to a rural Colorado outpost, married to a man she hardly knows. Overwhelmed by loneliness, Olivia tentatively tries to establish a new life, finding much-needed friendship and solace in two Japanese American sisters who are living at a nearby internment camp.

I love this story
Revisado: 01-10-21
I have loved this movie for awhile, and now I’m happy to find I love the book too. The narrator is not as good as some I have heard, but she doesn’t ruin it for me. I am left feeling a bit sad as the ending of the book is different than the movie and doesn’t work out as well for all the characters, but it is still such a wonderful story.

Great Narration
Revisado: 01-09-20
My sons and I really enjoyed this book. The narration was high quality which makes the story so much better. The Lord of the Rings is a classic series. My sons, especially my 9 year old, really loved the story. I try to get into Tolkien, but I find that my mind starts to wander... it’s just a preference thing because they are well written stories.
