much better and more helpful than expected

I did not know what to expect from this 30 minutes audiobook; I was/am pleasantly surprised at the amount of topics covered and the sincerity placed on all of them without demonizing them. Definitely a good overview book for someone who is just learning they are dealing with someone who is an addict of this nature or for someone who wonders if they fall into this category themselves.
