“It’s last over again…and the year before that, and the year before that.” lol
Also, Doctor Who for the win!!
This is the fourth year I’ve been reading Jacqueline Frost (and rereading them all over again) and it’s become a Christmas tradition for me.
I love them and they always keep me guessing lol (the new ones.)
It’s been awesome.
It’s amazes me that the story is new and feels like coming back to a cozy little place.
Plus, they make me laugh every year!
I was sure that she was going to surprise everyone with a baby in her by the end of the book, but, alas it was not meant to be. lol
Can NOT wait until next year and the new characters that will be introduced.

Can’t wait for the next round of tales.
Revisado: 03-31-24
I very much liked the ending. I didn’t quite see that coming. lol
It was really good. My only complaint was that it felt too short. Like, quipped almost. As if her editor was like “yes? And…..” to get her moving. lol
I really liked the book though, that’s just a niggling thought. I love all her books.
I also thought the narrator was a bit too stiff in his not talking parts.
Like: exit stage left. Very robotic, but after a while - idk if I was just used to it or he was getting into a groove - it didn’t seem that way.
I really liked his voices.

Holly Black does NOT disappoint with her story telling and cliffhanger. (That’s why I was hesitant to read the book lol)
But I loved it!
I didn’t even have to read the ones before. (Even though I want to reread them now. lol)
