Always an Uncle G fan, but....
Revisado: 09-03-23
Awesome that he is pulling from Cardone U, but whomever is editing needs to make sure there aren't duplicates....Give Give Give is on there twice....and actually make sure there are 100 items. I will always be loyal, but don't be sloppy when pushing out content.

Please FOR THE LOVE OF GOD change the voice actor
Revisado: 12-19-20
Multiple reviews have BEGGED to change voice actors. You’re losing money because people are so upset with this drone of a woman talking The worst voice I’ve ever heard. I won’t be purchasing anymore books from this series until it changes. Kthxbye

Historia
City of Fallen Angels take up where City of Glass left off. With Valentine out of the way, Clary thought she and Jace could finally be together--but when someone starts murdering the Shadowhunters who used to be in Valentine's Circle and leaving their bodies around New York City in a manner designed to destroy the new peace between Downworlders and Shadowhunters, she realizes the past can never be left entirely behind.

These voices aren’t it.
Revisado: 12-19-20
I don’t know what happened or why they changed voice actors but they, I’m sorry to say, were horrible. The guy, I could not hear, I would have to keep changing the volume! And he mumbles, I cannot understand what he is saying half the time. His Simon impression sucks too, he’s got a good jace voice but the point is to change the voice... or try to change the voice. The girl voice is annoying, as she whines through the voices. It’s better than the guys though because at least I can understand her. She’s also so slow when she reads, so it’s this constant slow whining voice for all the voices. Please, please have the other voice actor that did the last book come back 🥺

Historia
In A Good Horse Is Never a Bad Color, Mark Rashid continues to share his talent for training horses through communication rather than force. Rashid uses humorous, feel-good stories to relate his techniques of teaching horses by examining their view of the world. This book is a must-have for compassionate horse trainers and owners. Tales of Arabs, appaloosas, and paints - mistrusted and mistreated because of their breed - will give listeners a new perspective on these breeds and others.

Sly Moves - part candid autobiography, part nuts-and-bolts training manual, part motivational handbook - is a refreshingly sensible guide to getting immediate results that last a lifetime. It's also a provocative inside look at the trials of a body-conscious star rising in the most image-conscious industry in the world.

I am a huge Sylvester Stallone fan anyway, so it was really nice to be able to relate with the things that he dealt with. I feel like he gave me permission to be me! that's all I've ever wanted!

YES - IT'S THE SAME STORY BUT......HIS PERSPECTIVE
Revisado: 04-05-18
Would you consider the audio edition of Darker to be better than the print version?
I didn't read the print version.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Christian was, obviously. For those saying that he was a whiney and controlling little boy - NO KIDDING?? The whole point behind his point of view was to show that he was a whiney little boy who could not enjoy his childhood because of his happenings while he grew up. He went through many stages of adolescence in this book - until he allowed himself to be loved - and learned how to love, as well. He grew up so much in the book.
Have you listened to any of Zachary Webber’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Just Grey. He did such a great job. Not sure how I felt how he voiced Ana, though....not quite feminine enough. LOL
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Well, considering that there is already a film of this book.....I would say, "Darker.....coming into the light"
Any additional comments?

Historia
Twenty-five years ago, I set off on my own with nothing but a folding table and a phone. For years, real success eluded me. I told people I was doing well when I was often on the edge of being broke. Millions of people face the same plight - including my beloved brother-in-law, who died tragically before he could fix his money problems. That was my wake-up call. I knew I needed more money, but I didn't know how to get it. I only turned things around by getting honest with myself, taking responsibility, and figuring out some practical solutions. I'm going to show you how to do the same.

Emotional
Revisado: 03-23-18
Would you listen to You Need More Money again? Why?
Yes, I am on my second time now - because there's always something you miss! The information is fantastic and very emotional. Matt lays it all out - telling his story of how he got through broke and got to prosperous.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Matt Manero, of course! LOL
What does Matt Manero bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Emotion - because he is the one reading it. I don't feel I would have felt the same had I not heard it from his own voice.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes, and pretty much did.
Any additional comments?
Learn from Matt's mistakes and use his plan. He is very descriptive and explains his reasoning for everything. Really good book!
