Luna here again. I finally found the prophecy book my mother left me. Now I just need to figure it all out. To make matter’s worse, more sparks are arriving. The train is now jumping tracks. My world is being up ended once again, and there is nothing I can do about it. I need a vacation from this whole ordeal, but I doubt I’ll get one. Not to mention the bed is getting awfully crowded. Jealousy reared its ugly head, and I don’t mean the guys jealousy either. That bitch.

I always imagined Death's final kiss would be cold. It wasn't. Four years later, I can still remember the exact shade of his skin: a blue so pale it looked like moonlight. I dream of his touch. Mostly, I paint the man under the heavy cowl, including those perfect lips that ruined mine for anyone else. I'm obsessed with him. The doctors say he's nothing more than a hallucination caused by a mixture of head trauma and emergency pain medications. Now, something's changed, and my drawings are taking on a life of their own. Death is back. He wants another kiss. And he's not alone.

I thought the threat from Seattle was finished. That we showed up in time and took care of business. I hate being wrong. It really ruins my day. When Roger, the alpha of the North American pack, shows up at my door with the news that a demon has made it to the Underworld with knowledge of me, some hard decisions have to be made. Do I stay above ground, with all my magical friends, and wait for the battle to come to me? Or do I seek the demon out, and pluck the threat out by the root? I don't want my friends to die on my behalf.
