Definitively light on the workouts, but I bought it for the recipes and not the workouts. Some pros and cons with this book, but the cons aren't really even worth taking a star off for me. I can't wait until the new copy comes out!

I really like this workout.

I am a former ballet dancer, and while out of shape, I already get the moves. I have read several reviews that say she moves through exercises too fast. I think that can be the case if you aren't familiar with the moves. The thing I generally do with all workouts is watching them once without participating and stop and back up on any moves I don't get. In all, I enjoy the workout and have found it effective.

This well-written book explains the slight tweaks we can all make to change habits and get the results we yearn for. It's really the only kind of diet that can work. I want a diet that I will not feel deprived of food or make me starve. The most diet that I’ve tried did not last because I always feel hungry and deprived. Since it suggests switching up some things you eat for a healthier option, I think I will not be starving through this diet. I’m really excited to try it out.
