Great ending to a great series
Revisado: 01-06-24
Tis the end of Kaina Amalas' story but it was sure a great ride! Thank you for penning it and masterfully weaving the destinies of each of the protagonists. Very very pleased I came across this gem.

Historia
I'm Tamlir Kynthelig, mercenary. I lost my home, my family was slaughtered, and my kingdom was usurped. And then things really got bad. I saved King Mynogin and won the honor of a likely-fatal run through the Temple of Cocidius to gain him its treasure. Trust me when I say this isn't a change in my luck. Gathering the temple's eight artifacts has never been accomplished, and a thousand men have perished to its beasts and puzzles.

Story is excellent, Performance is a bit poor.
Revisado: 09-25-19
The story is great, I like how it weaved in an out of the elements and the information provided is equally detailed and to the point.
The biggest gripe i have is the narration. It doesn't flow well. Like it was forced and not natural. I would like to listen to books like a person tells a story not like it was read by a teleprompter. No inflation changes, just a monotonic reading of the book. Sure there are changes to the voice for the different characters but that's about it.
If this was probably read by a natural storyteller this would be different and this was what made the Overall score what it is.
Please do note that this is a review of my personal like's and wants; not a total reflection of the book and the narrator itself. For some they might like it and kudos to you if you do.

Historia
After years of slavery, subjected to torments of body and spirit by the inhuman Kin, Travis Sterling can barely recall his old life. Memories of Earth, and of disappointing his family barely seem real anymore. But even without the occasional voice in his head, Trav knows he’s different. A vast amount of rune crafting knowledge has mysteriously taken up residence in his mind; too bad he doesn’t have any mystical power. If he could find a way to actually use any rune magic, his situation could change.

Everything is great I'm just nit picking as I don't really like the voice for the MC. It would be great if it wasn't sounding angry all of the time.
Beside from this, all is great.

It's a bit ok
Revisado: 09-14-17
Is there anything you would change about this book?
The way it was read, it could do with more emotion. It sounded like a monotone at times.
Would you be willing to try another book from Sophia Sharp and E. M. Knight ? Why or why not?
No so sure, will give another go in the future.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
It kind of made me just want to read it instead of listening.
Do you think The Forsaken Saga Complete Box Set (Books 1-4) needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
Will let you know after I finish with all of it
Any additional comments?
Narration, It can only get better but it's a great start. I don't particularly like the childish voice. But then again it's a personal preference so some might like it.

Historia
Around midnight, under a lonely streetlamp in a provincial town in Japan, lies a white woman, a blonde, alone, robbed of all four limbs yet undead. Indeed, a rumor's been circulating among the local girls that a vampire has come to their backwater, of all places. Koyomi Araragi, who prefers to avoid having friends because they'd lower his "intensity as a human", is naturally skeptical.

Revisado: 05-10-17
Would you listen to Written in Red again? Why?
Yes, I just want to immerse myself in the Thasia continent and imagine myself to be a earth native or a human there. Would love to hear it again.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Written in Red?
When Meg placed Sam into Arabus' hands for safety. It was gripping! Had to replay that back a few times as I imagined how it would be.
Which character – as performed by Alexandra Harris – was your favorite?
Meg Corbin
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Yes
Any additional comments?
Would love a bit of music on the background not too over powering but just like the ending just some music would make it wonderful.
