A solid, entertaining listen

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this was a very enjoyable listen and I had trouble putting it down when life called. The brothers have such unique personalities, yet their bond with each other was strong and they were impossible not to love. While some parts were predictable, the reveals were still impactful and well written. I can't wait to see what happens next!

Stole my heart!

This just stole my heart, I am in love and want more!! Chase has created an intricate and magical world full of danger, secrets, conspiracy, and survival. I fell in love instantly with Ivy and both her unique powers and "roommate." The MMCs are each so different, yet powerful and swoony in their own ways. Though there wasn't much spice in this book, the chemistry and tension are *chef's kiss* I loved trying to navigate all the pieces and motivations and the explosive ending left me riveted and wanting. I can't wait for the next book! As for the narration, they nailed the performances and personalities of the characters. It added an extra dimension and realism to the story that only pulled me deeper into Chase's world.

My heart is so full of happiness for Samson and Pen! I loved how this story picks right up following the events from book one in a smooth transition between characters. The chemistry between Pen and Samson is so sweet yet primal and I loved watching him re-discover himself and begin to heal from his brokenness. Pen's lively, outgoing, and confident nature are a compliment to Samson's quieter, more reserved self and the little surprises about Samson's past were unexpectedly perfect. I love how much the characters in this series, including the secondary ones, feel so much like family and I'm so curious to know more about the alpha's abilities and history, as well as what a certain researcher is up to. The narration was on point and the narrators did a fabulous job, even bringing in hints of accents when needed. I'm hooked on this series and can't wait to see what's next!

A great shifter series!

What a hidden gem of a series! I loved the darker, dystopian setting and plausible believability which really brought the story to life for me. Mallory is such a stubborn, yet independent and strong lead and she definitely makes Orion work for it. Orion is such a sweet and broody mix of irresistibility, I couldn't help but fall in love with his character. The other alphas you'll meet will have you falling for them too (cough, Samson and Connor, cough). The writing pulls you in immediately and I found I didn't want to put it down. As for the audiobook, the narrators do a fantastic job of capturing the character's personalities and expressing the emotions of the story. I'm so glad to have discovered this series and can't wait for the books!

The ending they deserved!

Wow, I'm in both utter shock and pure happiness. I feel like my heart was in my throat for most of this book from the high stakes and anticipation. This series has been such a lengthy battle for the characters and yet they persist. I love the utter connection between Riva and her men and the way they learn to embrace and accept themselves as well as to lean on each other. While I was nearly wrecked at some outcomes, it felt true to the story and the eventual outcome left me satisfied as well as warm and mushy. Another incredible series by Chase!

This was everything I needed and more! The heat, revealed secrets, and sheer heart-thumping moments made this an absolute experience. The return of some favorites was so exciting and I loved how much Chase made me despise the baddie. I can’t wait for the next one! The narration is also top-notch, they capture the characters so well.

Is this what it's like for Griffin in a crowded room...because I have SO MANY feelings right now!?! I am not okay in the best possible way. My heart ached for the group, melted at the growing relationships between them, and bled for that ending! Give me more of this series (and Z)!!

This series has me in a chokehold and I can't get enough! I loved all the twists and action and watching the guys grovel while rebuilding their relationships with Riva was entertaining as well as touching. Plus, the intimate moments were...*chef's kiss*. The new side characters are great and the "younger" two are so utterly adorable with their infectious enthusiasm. Then there's the ending, WOW! Should my heart hold out hope? Can it be? Will I survive waiting to find out? I'm so hyped up and have all the best feelings for this series. Give me more!

As for the narration, the dual narrators did a fantastic job! They captured the characters so well, making it easy to identify each of them. Their voices were a great fit and provided a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Another Eva Chase series to devour! I loved the storyline and darker themes as well as the deep connections between the characters. Watching them reconnect after trauma along with heart-thumping suspense kept me glued to the story. I've never folded so much laundry in my life, just for an excuse to keep listening! The guys were all so unique in personality and abilities, but all incredibly swoony and the narration really brought everything to life. I can't wait for the next! A great start to the series with perfect narration.

An entertaining story that pulled me in!

This was such an entertaining story! I'm a sucker for fae and loved the focus on light vs dark. The sassiness and strength of the characters and the inclusion of crystals within the world drew me into the story. I did find it started a little slow, but after a couple chapters, I was easily lost in the pages until the end. I liked the twists and the characters challenging the status quo. I really enjoyed this and look forward to the next book. I also felt the narrator did a great job. I love how Moyen captures the characters' personalities and infuses the emotions of the story into her performance. It went beyond the pages and really brought the story to life for me.
