I may have been in a silly mood when I listened to this, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Reminiscent of the Beatles type of music, it added so much to the story. I’m totally sold on the idea of pod racing in Whoville.

The character telling the story became much more intriguing as the story progressed. The ending was not what I expected and made me think a lot more than I was ready for. What a great book.

Worst book so far.

I was very disappointed in this book of the series. Aleron Kong took a great story and lead character and turned him into a foul mouthed sex addict. The language didn’t enhance either the character or the story in any way. I wish he would go back to a fun plot and story line instead of practicing his penis references.

The second book of the series, it met all my expectations and then some. A totally believable sci-fi story that is unique and fascinating. The narrator is also excellent.

More of a Darwin fan non-fiction than anything. Good and interesting however. The reader was excellent until she tried doing voices. She should have just read instead of trying to sound like a man. Fail.

Would you consider the audio edition of Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen to be better than the print version?

I listened to this book and loved it so much, I went out to buy a hard copy.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Born to Run: A Hidden Tribe, Superathletes, and the Greatest Race the World Has Never Seen?

The whole book inspired me to not only get out and do something, but to try and live a more simple life.

What does Fred Sanders bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Listening to the book enabled me to know how to pronounce the names of the people involved and the name of the tribe.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

This book changed my life and inspired me to do more than sit around and watch other people live on TV. Knowing that the characters are real people made a huge difference to me.
