Grab a box of Kleenex (tissues) for this book. It touched me at a soul level. Healing exercises to release and let go of pain and sorrow. It also helped me understand that those around me are on a soul path and that if they get sick, I must let them do what they want, not what I want. Surrender to each moment of the day and be patient. Definitely worth a read/listen. ❤️👍

His voice is mesmerizing with the adorable British accent. If you read one book this year, this is the one. Then practice with the free app. Life is great!!!
