Compelling Characters - Exciting Story
Revisado: 02-20-25
Dan Abnett proves yet again that his characters are even better when they aren’t trans human. This book had me developing deep interest and being truly invested. I especially loved young Zale and look forward to his story as the series develops. Ravenor is such a complex character and Abnett’s use of his team to tell his story is commendable. 10/10 on par with Eisenhorn in every way.

A Great Addition to the Dawn of Fire Series
Revisado: 10-05-24
Nick Kyme does an amazing job not only tying together characters in stories from the previous seven novels, but also taking a significant step forward in the furthering of the overall Dawn of fires narrative.
But this novel, we will definitely see the series taking a new direction and he has left plenty of room for characters to grow in different store lines to be pursued by other authors as the series continues. This one really does not disappoint.

Truly a masterpiece of detective work
Revisado: 12-25-23
The authors takes you on a ride, as you follow the man from the train on his spree. Their claims well laid and clearly stated speculation to help see their line of thought. By the end I am a believer, truly a pleasure and a horror, a story that is almost too incredible to be a true. The title provides a glimpse into a hectic history of early American law and crime and gives you an idea of just how much a smart man can get away with when no one is willing to look.
Truly one of the best novels I have ever read. Highly recommended

With the war at this critical juncture, Sanguinius, primarch of the loyalist Blood Angels, braves the horrors of the Warmaster’s flagship, The Vengeful Spirit, with a single purpose in mind – to slay his brother Horus, decapitate the Heresy once and for all, and stop the forces of Chaos from taking Terra.

Revisado: 11-25-23
This novel is truly an immersive novel, Jonathan Keeble is a phenomenal actor. I just finished the book and all I can say is the end and the death volume II speaks for itself. It’s can’t wait for part III !
