Loved the story

I am a longtime Trek fan, so loved the tongue in cheek title and obvious references to that world which had me chuckling and even laughing out loud a few times. I even enjoyed knowing that Wil Wheaton was reading it, though his narration style is not as versatile as some others. This story is for those who are able to "suspend disbelief" and just enjoy it without being annoyed by getting more fiction than science. I agree with other reviewers that this is as much about insight into the world of creating fiction as it is about a group of people on a ship. The story took a slightly different turn than I had guessed, and it kept my interest to the end. The only objection I had (aside from the liberal use of unnecessary profanity) was that the ending of the first part seemed too easily resolved after the big buildup. The codas are definitely part of the story, so keep going. I loved how they tied up some loose ends. The ultimate ending is kinda predictable, but satisfying. I will definitely listen again in the future!
