Historia
Some secrets are deadly. It's no secret that Sundew wants to destroy the HiveWings. It's her life's mission to exact revenge on the tribe that tried to wipe out the LeafWings and ripped every tree from the surface of Pantala. Every tree, that is, except the wild and dangerous Poison Jungle, where the surviving LeafWings have been hiding since the war. Hiding, plotting, and waiting for a dragon like Sundew, who is uniquely qualified to bring down the Hives.

The Leaf Wings are written to have just as much character as the dragons before them.

Historia
For centuries there have been rumors of another continent on the dragons' planet - another land far across the ocean, populated by tribes of dragons very different from those we know. But there's never been any evidence, and most dragons dismissed the rumors as fairy tales. Until now. Because it turns out the stories are true. And the other tribes are coming.

T. T. Sutherland did it again. Everytime I read a new book and it focuses on one specific character, that seems to be my new favorite. Well done.
My only issue is the reader is starting to blend voices of the characters.

Fantastic as usual, and great job following the story line from book 1, 2, and 3. I know there are other books by Joy, but the narrator is different and I have become partial to Richard. Richard does an amazing job with the narration and keeping the voices the same from book to book. It really pulls you into the story.

Again, another fantastic book from Joy Ellis! I couldn't stop listening, it had my attention from beginning to end. She is now on my list of favorite authors. Richard Armitage is fantastic. I love his voice. He separated each character brilliantly in each section, and kept the same voices unchanged from the previous book for each main character so there wasn't a disjointed feeling. I can't wait to read the next book.

This was my first Joy Ellis book and I can't wait to read another one. Really well written. Loved listening to Richard Armitage. I actually chose this book over a Stephen King because I like the way his narration sounded and I'm glad I did. He was great and the story was great Win Win!!

Absolutely wonderful. It gives a great view into Anne and her family's life before the war, and before she started her diary. I am hoping my daughter likes this book as much as I did.

Frank W. Abagnale was one of the most daring con men, forgers, imposters, and escape artists in history. In his brief but notorious criminal career, Abagnale donned a pilot's uniform and copiloted a Pan Am jet, masqueraded as the supervising resident of a hospital, practiced law without a license, passed himself off as a college sociology professor, and cashed over $2.5 million in forged checks, all before he was 21. His story is now a film starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hanks.

It was a really good read. I had heard about him having the guts to play the part of a pilot, but not about being a Doctor. The writing was good, and the reading was pretty good as well. This makes me want to watch the movie.

Surprisingly Good
Revisado: 10-25-22
This was the first book that I have listened to by this author and I would definitely read another. The story line is solid almost all the way through, it keeps to the point with only one sub plot that made no sense. I loved that when you think you have the killer figured out, you don't. I love a book with a real surprise. I'm not easily surprised. The narrator did a great job too. I loved the accents.
