I loved identifying different times in my life as soul quakes and learning all of Teresa’s practical techniques, coping mechanisms, and practices for identifying and moving through them. I know this will serve as a handy toolbox the next time I go through a soul quake that ranks high on the Richter scale. Thank you for compiling all of this in one place. I know it will help so many. I definitely share comfort in seeing the Cardinals, like the author does, that let me know my loved ones who have moved on from this are doing well.

A perfect easy listen

I read this book during a time in my life when I was feeling absolutely exhausted and rundown and simply wanted to be entertained… This absolutely did the trick and while I normally listen to 3 to 5 books at a time, this was the only one I chose until it was finished . It was light and airy and fun, and I thoroughly enjoyed the story, the characters and Phillips Soo’s narration.
